Shaquille Robinson

Senior Project Officer

Shaquille is a proud Dunghutti and Bundjalung woman who was born and raised on Gadigal Country.


Shaquille has spent the last 9 years working as a Community Legal Education Worker and Senior Caseworker at Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Women’s Legal Centre.


Shaquille has extensive experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, children and youth across NSW, who are victims-survivors of violence.


Shaquille is passionate about improving the safety and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and children and ensuring her people are afforded their basic human rights.

Tammy Cargill

Data Officer

Tammy is a proud Kamilaroi women born on Gadigal Country.


Tammy has held experience working with the indigenous community throughout NSW at the Aboriginal Legal Service. It is here she found her way to help her community through her extensive data and analytics experience, recording and analysing statistics of indigenous people that go through the courts and legal system of NSW.


Tammy is confident and passionate about her Data Officer role at AWAN to provide authentic and culturally informed data which we can use to advocate for better protections and support for our women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, and sexual assault.
